1. Audit Officer
- Vacancies: 30
- Workplace: Head Office, Dhaka (field assignments in Southern Region)
- Educational Qualification:
- 4-year Honors and Master’s degree in any subject
- Preference for Accounting/Management background
- Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsing, and scanning
- Experience: Prior audit experience preferred
- Salary & Benefits:
- Tk. 21,000 (Grade 9)
- Probation period (6 months) Tk. 15,750
- Annual 3 festival bonuses, health insurance card, medical facility at TMSS hospitals
- TA/DA and mobile bill (if applicable)
- Age Limit: 30–35 years
2. Junior Audit Officer
- Vacancies: 25
- Workplace: Head Office, Dhaka (field assignments in Southern Region)
- Educational Qualification:
- 4-year Honors degree in any subject
- Preference for Accounting/Management background
- Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsing, scanning
- Experience: Prior audit experience preferred
- Salary & Benefits:
- Tk. 19,000 (Grade 10)

3. Pool In-Charge
- Vacancies: 2
- Educational Qualification: BSc or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 years relevant experience
- Workplace: Bogura
- Salary & Benefits: Tk. 25,000–30,000
- Age Limit: 18–35 years
4. Bus/Car Driver
- Vacancies: 10
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Class Eight pass
- Experience:
- 5 years practical experience driving light vehicles (manual/auto gear)
- Must hold a valid professional driving license
- Workplace: Bogura
- Salary & Benefits: Tk. 12,000 gross + festival allowance, life insurance, and other benefits
- Age Limit: 18–40 years
5. Bus & Truck Helper
- Vacancies: 5
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Class Eight pass
- Workplace: Bogura
- Salary & Benefits: Tk. 8,000 gross + festival allowance, life insurance, and other benefits
